hi fern,
usually i eat some before hand, but not alot. i want to get my metabolism going before i eat, you know? i thought of eating a protein bar, afterwards, i just didnt want to ruin what i just did, with the excercise. my mom told me to drink water during the walk? i try to walk in the evenings when it cools down here.
