Hidden carbs in Shakes?

Are there any hidden carbs in the shake mixes? Like the Keto or Atkins Low carb Shake Mixes. I want to try them but don't know if they are as just like the bars.. Thank you

Candice, usually the shakes are OK. The bars are more prone to this because of additives that are used to improve taste and texture - "mouth appeal" if you will. If ever you're unsure, plug the numbers for the item into the Hidden Carb Inspector - located under "Low Carb Tools" at the top of every page in orange highlight.
