Hi Everyone,
I lost my weight on low carb. Never read a book, used sites only and basic rules. I never had sweet stuff and anything special. I want to mix cocoa with some whipped cream but what cocoa has no sugar in it. The sugar free ones have sugar. Can someone suggest something. Am I looking in the wrong spot in the grocery store?

I dont know if I can answer your question about cocoa ( I use hersheys cocoa, in the bakers section, and if you have ever tasted it by itself, it does not taste like it has any sugar to me.)
I was going to tell you I took some unsweeted chocolate, also in the baking section, and I used 1 block, softened it in the microwave along with a little cream cheese, and whipped up some heavy whipping cream and added splenda to taste and mixed it all together. It was pretty good. I am not sure how many carbs, I dont eat much at once.
Good luck.........Dont know if they have this kind of cocoa and all where you are. I heard of a lady who paid 10.00 for a jar of real mayonaise, I can buy it here in every grocery store for a couple of dollars. It makes me wish I could ship her a tub full of it. Anyway, hope you find some cocoa.
