Unhappy Achy But Going Strong

Hi everyone! This is my fifth day of induction. I have been doing unbelievable. On the third day I weighed myself and already lost three pounds. Tomorrow I will weigh-in again. I am overall very happy with the diet and prepared to change my way of eating forever. I used to be a fat free junkie, and was constantly eating. I was on Weight Watcher Points, lost 10 pounds in like 4 months but would always fall off.
My ONLY problem is I have been feeling achy off and on the last two days. My lower back was bothering me yesterday and today I have some pains in my legs. I am not in severe pain. Is this normal or is something wrong???
I really do not want to ruin my weight loss my eating more.

Nothing is wrong

Are you taking vitamins and supplements?

If not you may want to get some that have calcium, magnesium and potassium. That should help with the leg cramps and lower back pain.

Make sure you are drinking lots and lots of water too!
