Default 100...try 200

As you can see by my stats...I need to lose over 100 lbs. I am a very pretty person with alot to offer...I have someone in my life who thinks I'm beautiful just the way I am, but I want to turn a head just by the way I look. I dont want to have to proove my personality is great or that I'm really NOT tired and lazy because I am fat. These things are important to me right now...and to me they seem so material and shallow. Maybe as I go along my views on what I want out of this WOL will change, but as for now, thats how it stands. I'm curious to here some of your thoughts on my views.

I am here to stay...whatever that costs me...or saves me

Thumbs up Normal thoughts...

There's nothing wrong in feeling the way you do...

...most people want to look handsome or pretty. It's a fine motivation. I definately like to turn heads.

But the further into this WOE you get, you'll experience other great benefits as well. Such as feeling so much better physically. And there's nothing better than the sense of pride and accomplishment you'll feel when you realize that YOU are in control, NOT the food.

And then one day you'll look in the mirror and you'll see just how much better you look, too.

And you'll want to continue.

If ever I
m even slightly tempted to eat something not "legal", I just ask myself, "Is the temporary sensation I'll get from this food more important to me that looking good and feeling good? Is it worth risking everything I have achieved?"

I always vote NO.

Good luck...

Donald
