Everything is good but the white flour. What are you using it for? Please say paper mache.

Default white flour

I was thinking of experimenting with it on the kids...see just how fast I can kill 'em.....just kidding

This is what the company says abou the flour:
Unbleached White Flour is freshly milled from U.S. #1 dark northern organic hard red spring wheat. Both the bran and the germ have been removed leaving the endosperm that is made into white flour. Organic unbleached white flour is not enriched and is unbromated. This is the same high protein flour used by professional bakers and produces high, well-textured loaves of bread.

I was thinking since it said things like "not enriched, unbleached, organic and high protein" it might be ok, but I wasn't sure so that's why I wanted to ask first. Also I don't plan of making ANY bread till after the induction phase....I'm reading just like you told me.

I will go ahead and place the order but delet the white flour.

Thanks again Karen
