Default Hit my goal weight today...

Hello everyone. I hit my goal weight of 175 pounds this morning.

I started LCing on April 16, 2001. I weighed 223 pounds. I have lost 48 pounds in a little over 9 weeks.

No cheating. Not 1 piece of bread, french fry, candy bar or cookie.

Some sort of exercise everyday and a simple one-a-day brand multi vitamin and cal/mag/Vitamin D supplement with my main meal each day.

Water, Water, Water and when I got tired of drinking water I had another glass of water. Coffee in the morning - herbal tea at night. Started to drink regular coffee again recently.

My wife is still LCing also and has lost 27 pounds to date.

My one indulgence is strawberries and cream 2 or 3 times a week and sugar free jello.

I have set a new goal for myself... 159 pounds.

I hardly recognize myself and love seeing someone who hasn't seen me in a couple of months. The look on their faces makes every no I said to myself worthwhile.

Thanks gang for your support.

hey Dan,

Wasn't planning to post, just read ... till I saw this from YOU!!!!!

This is so awesome ... way to go. 48 lbs in less than 10 weeks. Hokey-doodles, and Karen has lost 27 lbs too! That is just wonderful.

You know, 27 lbs in 9 weeks is very fast and excellent loss result for her ... most women lose average 1 or 2 lbs a week.

CONGRATULATIONS TO YOU BOTH.

I was thinking we were due to hear from you soon, and this is such terrific news indeed. And no cheating .. wow, that takes great willpower and determination. You're an inspiration to me and to everyone. Thankyou so much for sharing your good news with us, that's wonderful.

love from Doreen

Default Thanks Everyone...

What a great bunch of people. I don't spend much time on the computer during the summer since I have a seasonal business which keeps me quite busy.

I will be around though and will check in when I can. Special thanks to Doreen and Tina K who helped make it happen for my wife Karen and myself. Thank you. Dan
