Default I'm back....

After going starting so many times and finding myself not being able to maintain this wol, I gave up. And although I have tried to be carb conscious, I have not been at a ketogenic level. I have had my really bad days too. But I just don't feel good. I have not been able to weigh myself, I can tell that I have gained a few pounds. Well at least I hope it is only a few. I am ready to give it another shot. I know it can work for me when nothing else aside from spending every breathing moment at the gym has. This is why I can't give up.

Hello Rainny, Doreen, Wai'l, and all of you that are still here as well as all of the new names.

Tomorrow will be day one (AGAIN).

Rosie

PS How fo you post pictures? Just bought a new digital camera and have been doing some experimenting.

Quite simple. Make the sure the picture is no more than 100 pixels wide, and upload it through (Profile icon, then edit profile, custom avatar)

Default Hello Rosie

Yes Rosie you can do this. Read all the info you can even if you have read it before. There is lots of information available here at the forum too. And do not cheat! That seems to be the secret. Good Luck

Ahhh, she is back, Welcome once again. Try using the journal everyday, this may help you stay on track. Report your foods, your thoughts, your struggles, your success's....I know it helps me to be able to jabber etc. LOL

One day at a time Rosie Cook up a lot of LC treats to have at hand, so cheating won't be so easy to do. Check out the recipe section here. My new found favourite is the Mock Muffins, so easy to do, the whole family devours them.

Looking forward to more postings, in fact daily postings we hope!

Hi, I stopped and came back too.
Hope it works for you this time.
I was very confused about diets because everyone is an expert if you know what I mean. But their diets really don't work for me, so here I am.
Good luck...
