Most pharmacies would have them. I usually get them from Safeway pharmacy or London Drugs.

Make sure they don't give you the Keto Diastix (more expensive), just Keto Stix.

Pharmasave and Save On Foods all carry them..take a look out for Ross Chocolates..you wouldnt know they are sugar free..(pharmasave)

Default About the chocolates....

Even though they are sugar-free, it would be best to stay away from them while on induction. This is the phase where you are trying to break your addiction to carbs and sweets and it will be more difficult if you are eating sweet things, even if they are sugar-free. Once you are past induction, you can give them a try, but be very conscious of the effect that they have on you (increased carb cravings, weight stalls, etc...). Good luck!

Thank you Ill keep that in mind.. as I have been on a stall for about 3 weeks..I only have 1 bar a week but Im sure it can affect me..
