Default Helllp!

A little poopy moment, here. Was making my lunch with mayonnaise (instead of my fave, Miraclewhip-which I now forgo ), and for some reason decided to read the nutrition facts on the back. It lists sugar as one of the ingredients! SUGAR! I don't know why I never checked before, I guess it's because mayo is recommended.
Can anyone suggest any SF mayo? And fast????
Thanks!

Most store bought ready made mayos do have sugar in them.

It normally turns out to be about 1 carb per 2 tablespoons or something like that. Just make sure you count that towards your daily intake.

Remember one thing.......Eggs do have carbs as well....mayo is made with eggs. So finding a totally carbless mayo will be a bit hard.

You can make your own mayo.

I buy the Saffola or Hollywood Brand mayo (mayo made with safflower oil, no sugar) or but the Trader Joes brand (also no sugar). I like the way these taste better, anyway.

Kraft is what I use. It does contain sugar but the carb count is really low.

Hellman's is 0.3g carb per Tbsp, according to the website. BTW, Hellman's and Best Foods are one and the same, just different names in different regions of the country.

Gee, thanks, guys!
I guess a marginal amount of sugar is OK if the carbs are down. Thanks for the suggestions. Shelly? I looooved Trader Joe's when I lived in LA last spring. Alas, nowhere near there right now!
(Will be there on wednesday, though! Maybe I'll smuggle some back into Canada! )
lotsa, lotsa!xo
