Default I ate too much food

Okay,

I won't list it all here, but I did pig out today. All low carb legal stuff, but I definately ate too much food. I ate gluttonously, like a pig. Amazingly it was almost all proteins and fats - and I don't fear stalling or gaining or whatever - I just feel awful and over-full and not happy with myself. My diet is supposed to be reasonable and healthy - not pigging out/out of control kind of eating - even if it IS all lowcarb/nocarb foods.

Tomorrow I'll do better. I know this isn't your typical confession...
...but I do want to eat NORMALLY and within reason. Just because eating that much won't make me gain doesn't mean I have to eat like a PIG. Tomorrow I get up, exercise and eat reasonably. I want good health through low carb / not binge eating low carb. This happens about 3 x a year. I feel ashamed...at least tomorrow I won't feel FAT too. And at least it wasn't CARBS!!!

Okay, now that I've confessed I feel better - sort of.

hello there
I do that sometimes, too.
I guess we all have days like that (eating like a piggy). I mean, we're only human afterall, we all get out of control once in a while Don't worry about it.
My confession, I've had 4 over 3000kcal-days since low-carbing......
Happy low-carbing!

Bebe
