Unhappy 2 lb. loss

I guess I was hoping for a bit more BUT I do understand that I don't have alot too loose so my decline will be slower. Plus, I have a VERY resisitant metabolism. SO, all in all I should be happy with 2! Somewhat discouraged by it but I'll DEFINATELY take it! I do however, notice I don't feel so "puffy" in my cloths, so maybe for me it might end up being inches!

I'm gonna keep plugging away!

WOO WOO Sachi! Congrats

Avg weight loss for me has been 3.5 pounds a week. First two weeks I lost around 15 pounds then it slowed WAAAAAAAY down. So in 7 weeks I have lost 25 pounds.

Default thanks

I guess (wishful thinking) that with only 16 pounds to goal, it would be too much to ask that I loose 15 pounds in 2 weeks! It will be a slow process but I shouldn't complain because I have been at a stall for 2 years! 2 off is better than 2 on!

Wooo Hoooooo!!

Losing 2 lbs is better than none. Feels so good doesn't it? You'll get there, don't give up just because your body resists your weight loss efforts. WTG & keep up the good losing

2Lbs is 2lbs and that is a good number for someone as close to thier goal as you are. Things like this are common in the homestreach and I have seen people go weeks without so much as a 1/2lbs loss. Just keep plugging away and you will get there.
