I have been following the Montignac diet. Read the book the end of last August and started right away. I was totally amazed at the way the fat just melted off me. By the end of the year I had lost 25 lb. I had always watched my weight, and had not eaten fat in years and I never had a sweet tooth. But the weight would just not come off. I also was working out every day ( and still am). I would still like to loose another 10 lb., so just this week I am totally giving up carbs all together. Prior to this week I was having 2 slices of whole grain toast with butter for breakfast, now I am eating boiled eggs and smoked meat.
