Hi Patty

It is the same product BUT you would need to take a whole lot of capsules to get the amount you need everyday. Some people take 3 Tbsp a day of the oil. Also the oil has an expiry date and is sold refrigerated in a dark bottle to protect it from spoiling... god knows what the oil inside the capsules tastes like.

If you havent got any yet, stick with the oil. It can be mixed with your food to as a dressing or whatever.
