No problem Vy ... We're here to help. Many topics have been covered here before, so try a "search" first and see what comes up.

Alot of times, things get asked in the middle of OTHER questions (like recently I went deep into the benefits of flax oil during a DIET SODA vs. WATER thread in the GENERAL forum ...), so we can help guide you around to find the info you are looking for.

Plus, sometimes I get long-winded and type in alot of info in one article and it kinda "gets lost" in the middle.
