Default Back in the saddle

After an Easter cheat. Didn't let it go past Sunday afternoon and looking forward to getting back into ketosis again. I refuse to weigh or measure until my designated time on Saturday....

Good for you. Its a new day time to start anew. Stay positive and you will succeed. If you felt horrible when you cheated try to remember that and keep it in mind for the next time that you think of cheating you will remind yourself of how horrible you felt and that will discourage you from cheating again. It has worked for me. Happy weight loss
