Talking MAINTAIN WEIGHT!!!

Hi,
Right now Im going through a big move so exercising is out of the question. I have lost a considerable amount of weight on Atkins. What I wanted to know is,if I continue on Atkins without exercise will I be able to maintain my weight? I dont want to gain all the weight I lost, back. THANX FOR YOUR HELP!!

Default Hi Flex

Have you figured out where you level of carbs is to maintain? Read level 2 & 3 of atkins...when you find that level you will have not problem maintaining you weight. My husband we raised up to 100 carb a day. He lost 2 lbs this month...so we are going to have to raise it a little more. Probably take him up to 120 and see what happens...hes already 8 lbs under his goal. SO even if he gains some of it back it will be fine. You are suposed to do it 5 or 10 carb at a time until you find your level.
AND CONGRATS ON REACHING YOU GOAL!!! THAT IS WONDEFUL!

Talking Hi Flex

We haven't in a while. The most we do right now is work in the yard in the evening, trying to keep the garden alive in this heat! With summer here I plan to start back with the bike riding and weights machine again. I know it why my weight lose has slowed down.
