Default I think Im really liking this diet...ooops, WOE.

I got up this morning and was down another 3 pounds. I've lost 9 now and feelin good.

Tonight, I ate a whole rotisserie chicken by my self and dont feel guilty.

I think I will be able to handle this with flying colors. I have done Atkins before and had awsome results in the weight loss and muscle gain catagory, hopefully my results will be the same or better now that I know how to lift to gain the most muscle and get crazy strong.

Aaron

Glad to hear you're doing so well. Do you know why you quit Atkins before, when you were achieving good results? If you can identify that, then you can probably find a way to avoid it this time.

Keep up the good work.
