Question Curves, weights and Pilates....

How soon do you think I will be able to see results from this: I am doing a 30 minute workout with weights for arms (Arms of Steel) every other day including weekends, Curves at least 4 times a week and I am going to start 45 minutes of Pilates tomorrow and do that on the days I dont do the weights. How soon do you think I will see the results? One month or more?? Just curious. I can feel a difference in my arms and I am starting my 3rd week of that and my 3rd week of Curves. My tummy is quite flabby from having 4 babies so that is why I am starting Pilates too.
THanks for opinions!!

Assuming the results you are looking for is fat burning, then you should all ready be seeing some positive changes. In this area, it really comes down to how much of a calorie deficit you are creating each day. Usually, 3-4 weeks is enough time to notice something. At 12 weeks, it should be significant.

Strength gains can be noticed much sooner. Positive muscle tone at around 4-8 weeks.

Well.....Curves didnt last long I am sorry to say. When school started, they have such a limited time that they are open that I wasnt able to get there very often at all and have pretty much stopped going. I was a member once before and really enjoyed it. I need somewhere I can go that has childcare or is open later in the evening. As far as arms and Pilates, I did that as long as I could (childcare duties got in the way) and am now back to trying to do it.
