Default I just saw these, anyone else?

http://www.southbeachdiet.com/kraft/ -- I'm sure Atkins will be next (if they aren't out there already).

they are necessary. If a person didn't include healthy carbohydrate in their diet they wouldn't have a balanced diet. The "frankenfood" type carb replacement meals (like the kraft ones listed) aren't healthy. They are replacements of foods that weren't healthy to begin with. That kind of c**p should be replaced with whole, unprocessed, low glycemic carbohydrate.

Umm, i was more refering to the diet of the culture i belong to. I really wouldn't want to advise either of these tribes, personally, as I have no working knowledge of their health, lifestyle or history.

Don't all healthy human bodies have the same needs, no matter what culture they come from?
