Because I enjoyed the January and February challenges, originally started by 4beans4me, I thought I’d start another challenge for March – hope you’ll join me
The challenge will run from Monday to Sunday – with Sunday being official weigh-in/report in day etc. However, Week 1 will run from tomorrow (Wednesday) until Sunday.
Everyone set your Exercise and Personal goals, and cut and paste your updates daily, or weekly as preferred.
Goals can include, for example, carb counts, clean eating – no treats, drinking your water, trying out a new LC recipe, in fact anything you want, as long as it’s LC related!
