Default WATER QUESTION....

I have really gotten into my water drinking!!
.

You rarely see me without my bottle!!

For the past month I have been writing down every ounce I drink and by nights end it runs between 130 to 150 ounces a day!!

Now the question...... is there a such thing as drinking TOO MUCH water?? I feel great, my skin is in fantastic shape, and all the sudden the weight is really going, going, gone!!! I think its all the water as I haven't really changed my eating much.

Is that amount of water healthy??? (somewhere in the back of my mind I remember someone telling me something about losing electrolytes ((???)) and it had something to do with water.

Any help or comments would be much appreciated.

Ellie
