Red face Bye Bye Back Fat

I can't believe I'm over two hundred pounds... I've been denying it for a while now... enough time to get to 210. I eat too much, ever exercise and it's killing me.

210 is bad enough, but I have rolls of fat on my back... not one roll, lots of rolls.
This has to stop...

I have a plan. Two years ago I went from 188 to 140 using the Walk away the pounds videos. I felt great and looked better. So tomorrow (I'm too tired right now... well it is 9:37pm!!) I'm going to get up and walk. One mile... that's all... One mile. Can do it... YES I can do it!

congratulations on your decission to get moving! It is the best way. combine that with a LC diet and all the support that you will find right here and you will never look back.

Hi Pollyanna!! Thank you for your encouraging words. Guess what?!?
I DID IT!! I did it! Na Na Na I did it! I'm very revved up. My poor hips
were aching the last half of the tape, but I keep at it. Now I'm tingling...
has to be a good thing.

My dd, K., also walked with me. She's a cutie pie (she's 5 3/4.) I've enlisted
her to be my workout buddy. I hated to tell her that Mommy is unfit and that
is why I can't run and get down on the floor as much as I use to... but
she understands. Will probably be good for her in the long run.

Back when I did WATP's before, I got her a video called Swamp Stomp. She
loved it! It's a jungle theme and the kids all pretend to be various animals.
She said tomorrow we'll do that and then the next day back to WATPs. Her
video is more strenuous though! *grin*

Still I feel so good! Sweaty (big yuck for me!!) but good. I can do this...

there you are, Romainee. had to do a little detective work to find you. Do you plan to start a journal? if you do we can visit there.
Good for you on your work out. If it bothers you to sweat, perspire instead!!! Come visit me in my journal when you can and I'll bet we'll be bud, in this, our weightloss journey.

Hi Marlene! Thank you for taking the time to find me I did start a journal and will probably post more there than here... I tend to be chatty! *grin*
I'll visit your journal in the morning... I've been out all day and then came home
made dinner and then went out to a Mom's meeting!

I made it through day two! I did the one mile walk again. I'm really happy
with that. I had salad for dinner (we went to Shoney's.)

No exercise today... I have a sore throat Hopefully tomorrow.
Will weight tomorrow too. Can wait to see if I've lost anything!!

No exercise again today. Did lose 2 pounds though... should be happy but
I'm too sick to feel anything

Boy I'm a whiner when I'm ill! Never realized it before!
