Cool back & poll

Hello Everyone!

I have fallen off the wagon and decided to come back. I had some plastic surgery and am having more in april and I felt this would incorporate well with my new life style.

First let me ask, do you all check for ketosis everyday? I have been back on the program only since 2/27 but have lost 5 pounds already (I'm happy with that so far) but I have been VERY anal about everything! I have been writing everything down and checking ketosis at all hours of the day.

I've finally backed off the ketosis and just check now at night.

I'm curious to see if you all check on a regular basis?

Glad to be back

I ran out of those strips back in August of last year, so it has been that long since I checked. I am still losing weight so I know it's working....I don't need to check.

I'm not on Atkins, but I used to have those little annoying stix. I haven't checked in months. Many of us are involved in a 'how long can you go' challenge, if you're interested - we are attempting to see how long we can go w/o stepping on the scale and/or peeing on a stick The goal is to let how we acutally feel determine how we feel - and not the scales or a piece of plastic. Come check us out in the Countdown Club.

I have not used the sticks on a regular basis for quite some time. I am going on vacation in a few days and do intend on taking some with me.

Post I never check..

I stopped checking a the end of Induction...
...and haven't checked since. I'm down 37.5lbs and steady.

Good luck and speedy recovery!
