Default It works!

I've been doing Atkins for one whole month now. I've had all kinds of doubts, but finally found the courage to weigh myself today. Nine pounds gone! I'm now at 161 pounds and look forward to the rest of my weight loss as I really like the diet.

Many thanks to all

Thumbs up Way to go!

I know how good that makes you feel! My only questionis, how could you wait so long to weigh? I was on that scales 2 x a day the first two weeks.

Well done Ilass on your weight loss so far. Like Atrsy I can't believe how strong willed you were to keep of the scales. In some ways it good though as not seeing them change very quickly can be demotivating.

Glad you like this way of eating. I also quickly found it very satisfying.

Keep up the progress. Are you keeping a journal?

Well, this is only my 3rd day, but I'm surprised I could wait that long! I was absolutely astonished to find I had lost 4 pounds in just 2 days! I think its the aerobic workout I've been getting by running to the bathroom every 20 minutes.

many thanks to all. I've been discouraged so often by the fluctuating readings on the scales, so I try to stay away as much as I can. I'm going to limit it to once a month so that I can record a significant difference.

thanks to all
