Question feeling "warm" internally - not enough water?

've noticed that my body feels "warm" or even "hot" from the inside when i low carb. it starts from the esophagus and ends at the pelvic. i do smoke and drink occasionally/socially but i have tea/coffee everyday. i'm trying to minimize these intakes but was wondering what else can i do? i heard a lot of people say drink soy milk or more water.

Burning fat and being in ketosis is an "exothermic" reaction which means it "gives off heat". So it stands to reason that you might feel warmish. Some people feel like hot flashes that come over them suddenly.

Don't think it's important as long as it's not painful. I'd go for water instead of soy milk but that's because I avoid soy and its plant estrogens.
