Default Food Allergies

I just had the Food Antibody Assessment IgG done and found out I had Very Low reactions to Dairy, Eggs, Alfalfa, Buckwheat, Oat, Peanut, Pecans, Wheat, Yeast, and Chocolate, and Low reactions to Cane sugar, Cheddar cheese, cow's milk,

Has anyone had any experience with this test? I'm feeling pretty ok generally and would hate to give up all those foods and probably won't. I'd appreciate hearing from anyone familiar with this test.

Cheers. Ruth

Not sure if it was exactly the same test, because my "bad" results came back with high reactions. However--some of the things on my list I never eat at all, so it didn't matter, and some are so ubiquitous that it's hard to avoid them as completely as the testing service recommended (try a life without any phthalates...)

However--peanuts are notorious problem-makers; not much call for yeast if you're already doing Atkins; ditto the grains. Pecans bother me if I eat too many, that's for sure.

You might try partial withdrawal on some?
