HRT Pros and Cons

I can only speak for myself
the HRT relieved the hot flashes, mood swings and sleep disturbance
i was on the patch for the first 5 weeks of the Aikens Diet and found, contrary to what is mentioned that i did lose weight
But after reading some material on studuies that have been done I have decided to discontinue the useof HRT

Aikens says that estrogen will block wieght loss
I will soon find out..if i lose more that i have been
it would be grand to hear from someone else out there
