Hi Miss Elly. Ill join ya. Thats exactly why im on here today. I've been "on stall" for about two weeks now, after being on Atkins for 2 1/2 months. I had lost 22 pounds during that time and then just gained back 2 pounds over the last two weeks. I am not sure what sent me back to my old eating habits. But I'm hoping to get back on track now and came to the site today for encouragement and support.

Out of curiosity Misselly, how long was the stall? I'll bet I can beat you on it length wise! I think I may give the dairy cut out a go.
Doods.

My stall was for 8 months.

It finally started moving again a few weeks ago. I am in no rush to remove the last 15 pounds. My body will rid itself of it in good time I am sure
