Default Bankbaybe's Gym Log

First day:

60 minutes on the elliptical machine. Need to add 20 minutes of Pilates daily...

I am gonna be SORE!!!! I'm always so GUNG HO!! ...hehe... I think I burned about 1100 calories on this t hingie..... according to this fitness calculator I used.....

I did 45 minutes on the elliptical this morning. Felt good, but tiring.. WHEW!!!

I did 1 hour on the elliptical this morning.. FEELS GOOD!!!!

Did a bit of a HIIT on the elliptical today... just did 1 high point... TOUGH!!! worked out on that for 30 minutes and did Body Flex...

20 minutes of HIIT on elliptical.. and 10 minutes of walking on Elliptical... Body Flex....( all in the AM)
