Okay, this is it. I broke down and joined the YMCA yesterday, so no more excuses! I had been doing pretty good with the treadmill at home, but I was walking in the evening - with the kids, dinner, homework, etc., I was talking myself out of exercising all the time.
My goal: Go to the Y in the morning right after I drop the boys off - it's close by, and I have no excuses!
