Default The Newly revised DANDR at Staples

Just found the new edition, 2002 of Dr. Atkins new revision. It was CDN $8.25, discounted from $11

Note that the Canadian edition's cover differs slightly from the US. Instead of the "Revised and Improved" subtitle, it says "Completely Updated". I looked for the new chapters announced in the Atkins press-release and they are there (I hesitated for a while, since it didn't say revised and improved like the U.S version).

It also says "The Must-Have NEW Edition" on the cover!

I got mine at Chapters a while back. I didn't even know that Staples sold books. Were you at the one on, is it Granville Street?

$8.25 is a real bargoon! I'll pick some up as gifts.

Ya, Staples sells all their books at discount. But usually business or tech oriented. Or how to get a cheap divorce or mortgage. I'm flabbergasted that they'd have a diet book stocked. I'll have to check 'em out here, I need a new cartridge for my printer anyway.

Thanks for the scoop Wa'il

True. They also had several Zone books. A week in the Zone, Enter the Zone and a third one.

I don't think they had any other diet books. So it maybe the beginning of low-carb domination

Hi tamarian!

Thanks for the info. I just went to Staples today and got my copy of DANDR. Great deal!!!

I replied to your jounal, but am not sure if you look at it since it's archived. Here is my reply:

"I just looked at your profile and found out that you like scuba diving! I finished an Open Water course in August last year, and did a few dives. I liked it very much, it's a whole new world under the water. I did one dive in December, and got really sick, so I decided to wait for warmer weather. Now, I just go skiing, but looking forward to scuba diving soon.

It's nice to see some people here that like the same thing as me."
