the thought of eating meat, cheese or veggies is not appealing today. I would love a milkshake or popsicle for this sore throat. anybody have any suggestions that are low carb?

Drink lots of water, maybe a mock danish or other form of eggs & cream cheese. I had a sore throat a couple of weeks ago. Don't drink the milkshake. Trust me, it's a very bad idea! There are some ice cream recipes here under sweet treats in the recipe section. I've never tried them though. Protein shakes aren't the best thing. But maybe a really cold one blended with lots of ice would be good!
