Hey Gang!!! WEEK 1..... FEB. 8
I thought I'd be here just to root everyone else on but.....
I LOST 2 POUNDS!!!!
And inches.....
Waist.... lost...3/4 inch
Hips....lost....1/2 inch
Thighs..... lost...1/4 inch
Those are the only parts I measure..... thats where I really want to see a difference (don't really need verification that my not so big bustline is getting smaller
)
Have been tweaking my menu for about a week and half... and I guess its finally paying off!!! Still have some work to do on it but I think I'm headed in the right direction now!!
Just don't expect to have such results from me next week!!

Don't stress over that little gain! Sometimes my weight goes up just before I drop weight. Maybe its water weight due to come off...I don't know... but it happens to me. You'll get some action this coming week!!
