Smile Talla's workouts

I've started a pilates challenge so I figured it was time to start keeping track of my progress.
I've done the basic pilates workout a few times, lately I've been doing the bun & thigh workout.
I really need to start concentrating on abs, I am really short of muscels in this area. I need to lose inches and tone everywhere. I don't just plan on reaching a certain weight, I want to look fit and healthy when I reach the size I want to be.
I am really out of shape, so I need to add more cardio. I am going to start walking in the mornings, and when I can't because of weather or when work interfers I will do a video workout.
Yesterday I did the Windsor bun & thigh workout, it's still hard but getting easier.
I can do this!!

Friday was a major workout at work. Lots of heavy, heavy lifting. Really sore the next day.
Didn't do a workout the last couple days. Need to get refocused.
Today was bun & thigh pilates. Going to try and get some of the basic workout done this afternoon.

I've been still doing mostly the bun & thigh workout. I need to get going on the rest otherwise it will never get easier.

Hey Talla! I have been at a stand-still for 3 weeks. I inially lost 7 lbs, but have gained a few back. I am doing well with my eating, so what I think I need to do is workout (more than once or twice a week!) Looks like we're in similar situations. I see your excitement and progress, so, I am inspired to start working out on a regular basis! Thanks!!

Thanks potomacnan.
Start a journal so I can pop by and visit you. I'm not really good at posting in my gym log. Not used to it yet I guess. I have missed quite a few days of pilates in the last few weeks so I need to schedule my workouts.
Today is bun & thigh workout, and as much as the 20 min workout I can make it through.
