Thursday, Oct. 7: WATP 3 mile with resistance band

Sunday, October 10: WATP 3 mile for abs

Monday, October 11: WATP 2 mile for abs

Tuesday, October 12: 2 mile walk/run

Wednesday, October 13: 3 mile WATP for abs

Thursday, October 14: 4 mile WATP
