NEWBIE FROM TEXAS

Hello out there!!!!
I am starting the LC diet today. I really dont know much about this but i need to lose due to major obisity. any and all help and info would be greatly appreciated. p.s. I ASLO WELCOME SUPPORT....THANX and wish me luck!!!!

Glad to have U with us. Make sure U read the entire book and U will be referring to it lots...I still do. Start a journal here to keep track of your progress and then others can give U advice. Good luck Im sure U will do awesome!
