My only advice is to be prepared with your own LC snacks.

Default Don't go home....

Just kidding! We all love to go home! I have my family members keep there high carb goodies out of my sight...or I move them for them! I have lots of LC goodies to choose from and I personally find that when I am well fed with good fats and proteins and good carbs...I don't want the high carb junk that makes me FEEL LIKE JUNK!

Don't let yourself get too hungry, keep yourself busy...boredom equates to hunger for lots of people...keep a water bottle in your most used hand...makes it awkward to reach for anything else!

Do whatever it takes to make it through...If you really want it, you will find a way to make your new WOE and WOL more important than all that junk!

Best of luck and determination to you!

bsayne,

that was realy encouraging and has given me more determination. thank you!

ive always been so preoccupied with the actual weight loss that the other benifits were always secondary to me and of not that much importance, but you have made me realise that if i value the health factores more ,then it wil give me more reason to stick to the diet.

thank you once again!
