Shae, the combination of Sida Cordifolia, Caffeine and White Willow makes this product a thermogenic and you can read all about them right here.

Thermogenics can be quite useful for fat loss and increasing workout intensity, but you must be sure to follow the directions on the labels and heed the warnings.

Hello Nat

Thanks for the response. The directions on the package are rather vague. It says to take not more than 2 pills a day before training. I work out about 4 times a week, in the evening, mostly doing pilattes mat work. I don't really classify this as "training". Because of the caffeine, I don't want to take this in the evening. Any suggestions? Can I take this early in the day, like in the a.m. even though I'm not "training"?

Regards,

Shae

shae, as they are intended to boost performance the "before training" is included. I would not take more than two a day, period. I would also start with half or one third the dose until you see how you react to it.

This article might also help you figure out if you can/should take this product. I would recommend (based on personal experience) that you not take them after 3 or 4 in the afternoon.
