I agree that it can be okay, but you need to speak with a doctor or pharmacist. Many vitamins, if "overdosed," can be just as dangerous and have as many adverse affects as medicines. Also, I would be very careful if you're mixing vitamin and herbal supplements, which can also react badly with one another.
