I suffered from nausea on Atkins a lot, too. That's one of the things that made it too unpleasant and unworkable for me

If you want to stick with it, my only suggestion is to avoid very greasy, buttery foods and stick with "clean-tasting" ones. For instance, instead of having fried eggs, have poached eggs or eggs scrambled with some veggies in a pan with a tiny bit of olive oil. Instead of having very fatty meats, have leaner ones.

Good luck!

Were you on a fairly low-fat diet before? It usually takes a while for the stomach to get used to high-fat once it's been low-fat. I remember my LF days, and how after eating that way for a while I couldn't hardly eat any fat because it made me sick. I'm happy to say I'm completely recovered now.

I've never eaten this much fat, I have always avoided it, yes. Hm, good suggestions you guys, thanks. I think I'll stick it out a little more and see how it goes.
