I did the walking again today. I am doing 5 minutes at 2mph, 10 minutes at 2.5mph, 10 minutes at 3mph then a last 5 minutes at 2.5mph for a total of 30 minutes. I think I will work up to 5 minutes warmup/cool down at 2.5mp and the middle 20 minutes at 3mph and then start back on the jogging routine.

Oops, haven't posted in a bit. I did arms last Thursday & Walking Friday, skipped arms on Saturday because I had a real bad fever most of the day Friday and Friday night. I was really exhausted.

I did my walk on the treadmill again today. I boosted it up just a notch. I did a 2 minute 2mph warm-up then did 8 minutes at 2.5mph, 15 minutes (up from 10 minutes last week) at 3mph then the last 5 at 2.5mph for a total of 30 minutes.

I did my arms yesterday & my walk today. Pushed it up another notch unintentionally

Did 2 minutes at 2mph, 4 minutes at 2.5mph, 19 minutes at 3mph and 5 minutes at 2.5mph.

I want to work up to at least 25 minutes at 3mph before I restart the jogging routine.

Did my arms today, concentrated on doing them slowly and smoothly. Quite a burn, hehe.

Did the treadmill today, I pushed it a bit and managed almost a whole 20 minutes at 3mph.

Did my arms today, concentrated on slow & smooth again. I can really feel it when I do that. I also bought a mini-tramp at Wal-Mart today (probably not a good one) I want to try rebounding for 15 minutes or so in the evening. Plus it will be easy to take with us to my mother's so even if I can't walk I can do that. Going to read up on it now.

I bought a mini-tramp on Saturday. It's just a Wal-Mart $20 cheapie. I am going to add some rebounding in on the days I do my arms/weights (should start doing more than my arms soon). Going to do it after work when I get home. I tried it on Sunday, about all I can stand at the moment is 10 minutes, it's harder than I thought, hehe. It is also portable so it is something I can take with me to my Mother's when we go for Thanksgiving.

I did my walk on the treadmill this morning. 2mph warm up most of it at 3mph then a 2.5mph cool down. I think another week and I can start back into the jogging routine.
