Built thanks sweetheart. Your the best!! Missed u girl..been thinking about ya.

Well, took a timeout to give my back some time to heal. Feel much better now. During my timeout from lifting I did do sets of pushups for my arms &
30 min. Cardio on my stationary bike (uphill/resistance) in the mornings before breakfast.

Did my morning cardio today and decided to do my lifting this evening......cause I had some extra carbs at dinner..plus I missed it so much!!

WORKOUT 2
abs 3 minutes

LEGS

Barbell squat - no 'help' rack (70lbs) 3 sets of 12-12-10

Barbell Straight leg Deadlift (90lbs) 3 sets of 14-12-12

SHOULDERS & TRICEPS

Upright rows 3 sets of 2 w/60lbs/5(50lbs)-6-6

Arnies- 3 sets (35lbs) 3 sets of 5-3-2

Overhead tricep extensions (35lb DB) 3 sets of 5-4-4

3 sets of pushups

Couldn't help flex between exercises infront of my mirror. I think I actually grew a bit?! (of muscles that is!) LoL

Okay Divina - your challenge: design an "iron bug". If anybody can do it, you can.

Uhm Built...I took these for ya.

Top/side view:

You know my biggest prob. is the excess skin. UGH! After 3 pregnancies..seem most of my fat was either around my tummy..hips..thighs..and arms (armpits..ICK!) ! My biggest problem areas. I might consider getting a tuck here in there in the future...it would certainly help tighten stuff. LoL
