If you are getting this each month before TOM then you might want to try self massage. Just grab them and move them round in circles on your chest. I know it sounds gross and sounds like it will hurt, but the reason behind it is to get all the extra fluid moving out of the breast tissue. It is sore at the time, but the reduction in pain afterwards is amazing. The trick is to start the massaqe as soon as they are a bit sore and it stops the water retention building up.
