I definitely agree with the B supps!! They turn your "p" highlighter yellow, so don't freak out the first time you see it
Looking at your list of supps, I would also get a cal/mag (2:1 ratio) and maybe even some potassium, too, IMO.

ps -- I know you know this (and I need to practice what I preach ) but the exercise will give you more energy, too. Try even just a short walk every day
