I started going to the gym last week and I thought it would be a good idea to track my progress for myself (and anyone else who is interested) to view.
Friday, Mar. 19: 20 minutes on treadmill (60 Cal, .80 miles), crunch machine 3 sets 12 reps, inner and outer thigh toner (3 sets 12 reps)
Sunday, Mar. 21. :: 15 minutes fat burning pilate video. Bike (100 Cal)
Monday, Mar. 22. 20 minutes cardio on treadmill (3.3 mph)(85 Cal, 1.0 mile), crunch machine 3 sets 10 reps, inner and outer thigh toner 3 sets 12 reps.
Pilate video for 15 min.
Tuesday, Mar 23. 20 minutes cardio (3.6 mph)(105 Cal, 1.1 miles), inner thigh toner 3 sets 12 reps.
I'll update this daily.
