I started doing tae bo basic workout and i love it!! im a little sore but i think it is a pretty intense workout.. along with walking i feel great.. i think excercising not only makes you feel great but its a natural motivater for this WOE... i just wanted to say that i give tae bo 4 stars ****

Angela,

That's great that you found a form of exercise that you enjoy doing ... as one of your other posts stated, finding something you like to do is key.

FYI, there is a Tae-bo thread in the exercise forum somewhere. Might have to dig a little to find it, but it's around here somewhere ...

Angela-
You should think about starting a gym log to keep track of your exercise. If you check out the gym log section, both Tama and grrlpower do lots of Tae-Bo!
