Yep, it's no-carb.

There's a lot of discussion already in various places about this syrup, did you search the Forum? Amazing amount of information available here.

(a quicker way of "browsing" is to go to the bottom of any Forum page and SORT by Subject Line instead of the usual automatic By Date, and then page through looking for "DaVinci" in the Ds or Syrups in the Ss or Hidden Carbs in the Hs !)

Anyway, the Ingredient List on any product is the way to check out the probable "truth" of the Nutrition Facts label: if no sugars, starches or sugar alchols are listed, there should be no, none, zero digestible carbs...

I've got one here, the SF Hazelnut, and the Ingredients are:
Water, Natural & Artificial Flavors, Cellulose Gum, Sucralose (SPLENDA brand) Sodium Benzoate, Citric Acid..
The Cellulose Gum is an fiber (a vegetable gum) and used in small amounts as a thickener, so it's a digestible-carb-free product.

By the way, this is why DaVinci is THE popular sugarfree syrup because of its quality ingredients. It's also why Atkins Nutritionals has DaVinci make their syrups, because of the quality. That's why I use them for sweetener, together with 'regular' sweeteners, to reduce the carb count from fillers and get a good "synergy" of taste.

Hope this helps?
