Default Splenda?

Does anyone know if the Splenda sweetener has any carbohydrates in it? I heard it has no carbs.

It has a slight carb count - I know - what a rip off.

Anyway click here for a cool article on this site about all the artificial sweeteners.

The pourable has 24 grams per cup. Count the packets as 0.5. Liquid has 0.

Actually the packets of Splenda have 1g each ... since each packet has the sweetness equivalent of 2 teaspoons of sugar.

nit-picking

No, you're just giving the correct information! What if you ate 20 packets a day?

When I saw that you posted under me, I thought "Oops! Does a cup of Splenda have 26 instead of 24 carbs per cup!"
