C2W6D1: lower body workout!

whohoooo as much as i didnt want to do it...i did it! hehehee and now i feel GLORIOUS!

heres the workout: stretching and 15 perfect pushups as warmup

( i also read in my new muscle & fitness that cardio in between sets really gets the fat burning going so i have continued to do as i have always done and DANCED in between sets! hehehhe)]

QUADS:
squats: 12~54lbs, 10~59lbs, 8~64lbs, 6~69lbs, 12~74lbs (failure!! i had to pause 3 times before i could get all 12 in but i did it!)
extentions: 12~60lbs

( ok ok the extentions are way too easy....guess i have to force myself to look into some other exercise until i can go get a heavier plate for them)

HAMS:
straight leg deadlifts: 12~59lbs, 10~64lbs, 8~69lbs, 6~74lbs, 12~79lbs
laying leg curls: 12~36lbs FINALLY these are getting too easy and i will up the weights on friday!

calves:
raises: 12~49lbs, 10~54lbs, 8~59lbs, 6~64lbs, 12~69lbs
reverse raises: 12~69lbs

i really need better calf exercises....these both kinda hurt my ankles and i dont really feel like i am getting the ultimate out of them.

abs:
50 leg/hip raises
100 twisting crunches
100 crunches

i swear i so wanted to stop after those leg/hip raises UGH! those last 200 crunches were really difficult!

since the differences in my arms is so apparant i have decided to train my right biceps a little more than the left until they are even.....i did a set of curls for my right arm today as well.....12~5lbs, 10~7.5lbs, 8~10lbs, 6~10lbs, 12~10lbs

whohooooooooooooooooo!

Really... I have never heard this. Maybe the only way for me to consistently get cardio in Kind of walking off the burn from the previous sets.

Interesting!!!

dont see any hamstring exercises! maybe try straight leg deadlifts? i know with my routine ( see gym log) for Lower body i do quads, hamstrings, calves, and abs.......Upper Body is chest, shoulders, back, biceps and triceps....

I do the Hamstrings and Quads on different days. I actually took builts original WOs to use as my first WOs the only changes I made were to make effective use of the equipment I have available. In hindsight it works out nicely at the moment as I wonder if I would survive a TRUE LEG DAY! I am gettin there though!
